Estate Planning II - Estate Administration

Two (2) Hours C.E.

This course looks at the various ways property is owned and how it passes to heirs at death. The process of probate and the difference in probate property and non-probate property will be discussed. In addition, the process of estate administration beginning with choosing a personal representative who will endeavor to conserve estate assets, satisfy claims of creditors and distribute the balance of the estate to beneficiaries to finally discharging the personal representative will also be covered.
